Returns & Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.
The time limit for canceling an order is 30 days from the day you received the items or when a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your cancellation right, you need to inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method you utilized for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

To ensure the items are eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The items were purchased within the last 30 days
The items are in their original packaging
The following items cannot be returned:
Items made according to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Items that are not suitable for return due to their nature, such as items that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.
Items not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.
Items that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to deny returns for any merchandise that does not comply with the return conditions at our discretion.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held accountable for items that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we suggest using a mail service that is insured and trackable. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the items or proof of return delivery.
Gifts:
If the items were designated as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equivalent to your return's value. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
